What You’ll Do


If you are highly analytical, results-driven, and fluent in managing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, you are who we want! You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns targeting eCommerce, B2B & B2C audiences. 


Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads,  LinkedIn & TikTok. 

  • Set up campaigns for B2B, B2C and eCommerce funnels 

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tools 

  • Manage campaign integrations with CRM systems, landing pages, and the corporate website 

  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI 

  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to ensure campaign alignment 


What We’re Looking For


  • Hands-on & Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns 

  • Experience working with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CRM platforms 

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution 

  • High level of English – spoken and written 

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
