What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for your clients, by building relationships, monitoring competition, managing digital presence, driving results, and ensuring satisfaction across digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams
Develop strategic digital marketing plans in collaboration with specialists (e.g., PPC, SEO, Social Media Content)
Closely observe competition landscape, report on major developments and proactively submit recommendations
Plan and Monitor social media presence, assess performance, analyze data, and present results and recommendations
Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or client account management (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: paid media, SEO, email marketing, social, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
